Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking an experienced Registrar for the Abu Dhabi Emirate to oversee student enrolment, registrations, reenrolments, and records at Bateen World Academy. You will manage applications, provide parent-facing service, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in a customer-focused education admissions or registrar capacity, with English fluency and strong data handling skills. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with experience in education admissions or registrar roles.
• Minimum 2 years in a regional customer-focused role interacting with families.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus and Abu Dhabi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrolment and student registration processes with senior leadership and HQ Enrolments.
• Maintain accurate data on applications, offers, enrolments, withdrawals, and movements.
• Explain registration procedures, fees, and ADEK regulations to families clearly.
• Coordinate assessments and ensure complete registration files before processing.
• Maintain ADEK compliance and eSIS records across registration activities.
