Job summary

India Abroad in Sharjah, UAE is seeking an Indian English Speaking Tutor to provide one-on-one or group tutoring for students of all ages. This contract role offers accommodation, a free visa, and ticket coverage, with willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and has at least 2 years of English tutoring experience for non-native speakers, with fluency in English and Hindi and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor for non-native speakers.
Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is required.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare tutoring sessions according to the needs of each student.
Assess students’ current level of understanding and tailor lessons accordingly.
Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Create engaging and interactive activities to enhance learning.
Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
Prepare students for exams or assessments as needed.
Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to develop effective teaching strategies.
