Job summary

NovaMart Procurement is seeking a dedicated English Tutor in Abu Dhabi to provide personalized language instruction to Indian students of all ages. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of 1600$ and potential growth within the company.

You will develop tailored lesson plans, conduct sessions individually or in small groups, and use engaging teaching methods. Visa sponsorship and international airfare are provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Native Indian speaker preferred.
Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
Proven experience as an English language tutor, preferably with Indian students.
Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and other aspects of the English language.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style.
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners.

Responsibilities

Develop individualized lesson plans based on the needs and learning styles of each student.
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions or small group classes.
Utilize creative and interactive teaching methods to keep students engaged and motivated.
Provide regular progress reports to students and their parents, as well as communicate any concerns or areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in language instruction and incorporate them into teaching strategies.
Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to create a positive learning environment.
