Job summary

A reputable international school in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our diverse team. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, teaching students of various ages and abilities, and assessing their progress.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but prefer Pakistani or African candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus).
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assess student progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

• Provide individualized support to students who may be struggling with the curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school events as required
