Job summary

Flyper in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced English Language Teacher to deliver high-quality English instruction to students in Haur-Fakkan, Fujairah. This contract position is open to Indian nationals with relevant FE/TEFL background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
• Teaching certification or diploma in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language
• Native-level proficiency in English speaking, reading, writing, and listening
• Experience working with diverse student populations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and materials to enhance student learning
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized support as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and areas for improvement
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills
