A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Engineering Manager/Senior Technical Manager to lead engineering teams for large-scale infrastructure projects. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Main Contractor in the GCC. The ideal candidate will oversee technical delivery and ensure compliance across all project phases, driving continuous improvement and successful execution.

• Lead and manage engineering teams across planning, design, and execution stages for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Oversee technical delivery and ensure engineering standards, reporting directly to the Operations Director while driving continuous improvement across projects.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership as an Engineering Manager/Senior Technical Manager for major infrastructure works, ensuring compliance, coordination, and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience working for a Main Contractor in the GCC, preferably within the UAE.
• Comprehensive understanding of all phases of marine infrastructure delivery, including piling, structural works, and finishing, with the ability to oversee and coordinate across all disciplines.
