Job summary

ADNOC Drilling Company is seeking a professional to plan and coordinate pressure pumping activities and the daily PP Services operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves reviewing drilling processes, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to ADNOC and client standards.

The candidate should have a BSc in engineering, at least 6 years of field experience in pressure pumping, and strong English and computer skills to manage data, reports, and client interactions on site.

Qualifications

• BSc in an engineering discipline, or equivalent.
• 6 years' field experience in pressure pumping.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Good computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and direction to external customers and third‑party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.
• Resolve a diverse scope of complex problems at the wellsite requiring knowledge of the product line's tools and services.
• Maintain professional contacts with internal and external customers.
• Track sand and chemicals to ensure proper delivery to the customer.
• QA for chemical calibration tests for chemical additives.
• Operate the engineering station computer to monitor pressure and fracturing fluids, record data, and produce reports.
• Prepare invoices after each stage for customer billing.
• Log all wellsite events.
• Oversee sand and chemical inventories and QA/QC of fluids, chemicals and sand.
• Complete post-hydraulic fracturing reports.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and rig up/down processes.
• Assist in plans, calculations, reporting, etc.
• Comply with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.

Coordinates the planning and execution of the company’s daily operations of PP Services. Coordinates the preparation of the pressure pumping budget, controls expenditure and justifies variances.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Provides advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.
• Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the wellsite where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tools and services.
• Maintains frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism.
• Assist in tracking sand and chemicals to ensure proper delivery to the customer.
• Conducts quality assurance for chemical calibration test for chemical additives.
• Operates the engineering station computer to provide real-time pressure and fracturing fluid monitoring, record data, produce reports and charts, and set-up job.
• Produce an invoice after every stage to invoice to the customer.
• Record all events on location into a log.
• Keep track of sand and chemical inventories and oversee the quality assurance and quality control of fluids, chemicals, and sand.
• Completes post-hydraulic fracturing reports.
• Assists with equipment maintenance and the rig up and rig down processes
• Assist in the preparation of plans, calculations, reporting, etc.
• Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.
• Performs other similar or related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
