Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Engineer (EPP) specializing in electrical and power plant systems for a 6-month outsourced contract based in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in UPS, DC, generators, LV panels, battery systems, and power distribution systems. Responsibilities include reviewing maintenance data, conducting site audits, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Immediate joiners preferred, with 6 working days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical and power plant operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance operational data and follow up with service providers.
• Conduct site audits and report deficiencies.
• Prepare management reports and perform fault analysis.
• Monitor pending alarms and call outs daily.
• Ensure client quality standards are adhered to by service providers.

Job description

• •Review maintenance & operational data (Service Provider / Contractor) & Follow up the activities of the operation and maintenance with Service Provider or any other third party in order to assure that all activities are being carried out as per Client standard and that KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are being met.
• •Site visit and conduct site audit and report deficiencies to Service Provider.
• •Prepare Management reports and failure / fault analysis
• •Daily monitoring and follow up of pending alarms and call outs
• •Receive, analyze, channelize, forward & follow up for the completion of QA Snags rectification.
• •Follow up for the completion of Preventive and Reactive maintenance works.
• •Ensure that Client quality standards are adhered for all activities carried out by service provider or a third party.
• •Supports trouble‑shooting activities in the Region and coordinates effectively with suppliers, contractors/consultants and HO Engineering Divisions as required.
• •Reviews analysis of consolidated Engineering reports and submits routine and special reports in respect of operations and maintenance of Data Centre, Telecom buildings, reviews key/critical issues and resolves them in coordination with Service Provider, Contractors and Management.
• •Maintain data for power system related “Fixed Assets”.
• •Maintain and update Equipment asset data & spare capacities of UPS, DC Power Plant.
• •Ability to delegate responsibilities to different teams.
• •Ability to analyze and plan various operation activities such as PM and CM
