Job summary

Emirates Engineering’s Overhaul Workshops are at the forefront of global aviation maintenance. The Engine Overhaul Engineer II will oversee engine overhaul activities from disassembly through testing and release to service, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and OEM standards.

You will mentor Engineers, Senior Technicians and Technicians, coordinate with maintenance data systems, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding performance and airworthiness in Dubai.

Qualifications

9+ years in aviation maintenance or MRO
2+ years certifying experience as an Approval Holder
Must hold the engine overhaul workshop approval/authorisation
Engineering degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical or related field with licence/certification

Responsibilities

Oversee engine overhaul from disassembly to testing and release.
Mentor engineers, senior technicians, technicians and mechanics; provide coaching.
Ensure maintenance against OEM data and regulatory requirements; maintain quality records.
Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives; coordinate with MRO ERP systems.
Manage workforce planning and performance reviews for the team.
