Job summary

JobLeader in Dubai's Jabal-Ali is seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will motivate students, deliver engaging lessons, and uphold high standards of learning.

You will plan lessons, assess student progress, manage records, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to professional development. A Bachelor's degree in Education and at least 2 years classroom experience are required; ESL experience and Arabic language ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience required.
• Experience in international schools or ESL experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and fluency in English; another language (Arabic) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-quality learning experiences that are engaging, creative, and inspiring.
• Plan lessons that meet curriculum standards
• Assess student performance through tests, quizzes and projects
• Provide feedback on student progress
• Grade assignments
• Maintain records of student performance
• Prepare students for examinations
• Develop understanding among students about diverse cultures
• Provide guidance to students on academic issues
• Manage student behaviour according to school policies
• Attend staff meetings
• Stay up-to-date on educational trends and methods
