Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior Energy Master Planner to shape energy strategy amid the transition from gas to integrated energy. You will lead planning for long-term power requirements across the ADNOC Group and promote clean energy initiatives.

You will develop and implement an EnMS aligned with ISO 50001:2018, drive energy efficiency KPIs, and coordinate with ADNOC Group Companies and external stakeholders to improve energy performance and decarbonization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or Economics.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience in Energy Industry including 5 years specifically in the Power Management industry.
• Exposure to multiple facets in an integrated energy and petrochemical company.
• Experience in analytical data-driven thinking and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain EnMS policy, mandate, strategy and objectives and support ISO 50001:2018 compliance.
• Establish and manage internal and external energy planning processes with stakeholders across ADNOC Group.
• Develop and improve an integrated energy consumption and savings planning tool and forecast energy demand and cost.
• Coordinate with ADNOC group companies and departments to manage Energy Efficiency KPIs and roadmaps.
• Facilitate annual power and water license exemptions in collaboration with DOE.
• Support audits to preserve ISO 50001 certification and drive energy management audits.
• Conduct studies to refine long-term power strategy and energy security.
