Job summary

iConnect IT Business Solutions DMCC in Dubai is seeking a Security Specialist to implement, manage, and support enterprise endpoint and email security solutions. The role focuses on threat detection, security monitoring, incident investigation, policy management, and operational support of security platforms.

The successful candidate will work with SOC teams to investigate threats, improve security controls, and protect against phishing, malware, ransomware, and advanced cyber threats.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity operations focusing on endpoint and email security.
• Strong knowledge of phishing analyses, malware investigations, and incident response.
• Experience configuring and tuning security policies to improve threat detection.
• Experience investigating alerts and performing threat remediation.
• Knowledge of email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Experience integrating security tools with SIEM/SOC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and support endpoint and email security platforms.
• Investigate security alerts related to phishing, malware, ransomware, and endpoint compromise.
• Configure security policies and tune controls to improve detection.
• Perform threat analysis, incident investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to support escalations and incident response.
• Monitor security platforms and maintain controls.
• Assist with security assessments, audits, and documentation.
