SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Endodontist for a leading healthcare organization in the UAE. The role requires advanced endodontic care, root canal treatments, and collaboration with dental teams in a modern clinical setting.

The candidate should hold a Western Board qualification in Endodontics, with relevant senior clinical experience and UAE licensing eligibility. A tertiary hospital or premium dental center background is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• DDS / DMD / BDS or equivalent dental degree.
• Recognized Western Board qualification in Endodontics.
• Relevant specialist/consultant-level clinical experience.
• Current specialist registration or eligibility for DOH licensing (Abu Dhabi).
• Experience in a tertiary hospital or premium dental center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex endodontic conditions.
• Perform root canal treatments, re-treatments, and surgical endodontic procedures.
• Manage dental trauma and pulpal/periapical conditions.
• Perform diagnosis and treatment planning using clinical and imaging techniques.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care.
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists for multidisciplinary planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure UAE standards compliance.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement, education, and professional development activities.
