Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital delivery, transformation, or enterprise program management.
• 8+ years in senior leadership roles within multi-vendor, SI-led delivery environments.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud-native, API-first, and DevSecOps environments.

• Drive end-to-end delivery across all digital domains.
• Establish and maintain operational governance.
• Lead and mentor a team of Delivery Directors and Program Managers.
