Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Training & User Adoption:
- Design and deliver customized training programs for healthcare staff (clinicians, administrators, billing teams) tailored to their workflows (e.g., appointment scheduling, clinical documentation, revenue cycle management).
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new users and refresher trainings for existing staff to optimize EMR utilization.
- Create training materials, including step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, ensuring alignment with Centaur s latest features and updates.
- Gather user feedback to identify training gaps or system inefficiencies and advocate for improvements.
Client Relationship Management:
Build rapport with healthcare staff, acting as a trusted advisor for EMR best practices.
Proactively communicate with clients about upcoming updates, downtime, or new features.
Travel occasionally (if applicable) to client sites for hands-on training and support.
Requirements:
4+ years of EMR support and training experience
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and medical terminology.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training.
