We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager who will embody our values of integrity, trust, and collaboration. This role requires a people-focused HR leader who can balance compliance with empathy, ensuring fair, transparent, and consistent employee experiences across the organization.

As a key member of the HR team, you will oversee employee relations practices and policies, provide strategic guidance to leadership, support managers in complex cases, and foster a workplace culture built on respect, engagement, and accountability. You will act as a trusted advisor to management while safeguarding compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and advise on sensitive employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of cases in line with UAE labor law and company policies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee issues effectively.
  • Deliver ER-related training and awareness sessions to strengthen managerial capability and workplace culture.
  • Track and analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
Policies & Compliance
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies to ensure legal compliance, clarity, and accessibility.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on high-risk cases and policy alignment.
  • Communicate labor law changes and ensure they are reflected in company practices.
  • Support internal audits and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Culture & Engagement
  • Act as a cultural ambassador by promoting fairness, inclusion, and trust across employee interactions.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and organizational development.
  • Drive preventive initiatives, such as training programs, employee listening forums, and manager support tools.
Required Experience & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law; wider GCC experience is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in managing complex ER cases with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with sensitivity to employee experience.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
