Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR / Employee Relations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures is essential.
• Experience dealing with unions or field teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Conduct employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a timely and objective manner.
• Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and monitor statutory compliances.
• Support the disciplinary process including issuing warnings and preparing documentation.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze reasons for attrition.
