Job summary

BESIX is seeking an Emiratisation Specialist to drive the full lifecycle for UAE nationals across the UAE, acting as HRBP for UAE nationals and representing the company locally. You will lead recruitment, development, and engagement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong employer brand.

The role focuses on building talent pipelines, coordinating training and development, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support career pathways, succession, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Emiratisation, HR, or talent acquisition experience in the UAE.
• Experience with government entities, universities, and local employment initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Emiratisation policies, UAE labor law, and local employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for UAE Nationals including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and retention.
• Develop and improve Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE government requirements and organizational goals.
• Build and maintain pipelines of Emirati talent for current and future roles.
• Ensure compliance with Emiratisation-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Why This Role Matters

The Emiratisation Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Emirati talent across the UAE. This role drives the companys Emiratisation strategy acts as the key HR Business Partner for UAE nationals and represents the organization as a brand ambassador in the local market.

What Youll Drive

Emiratisation & Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UAE nationals including workforce planning sourcing screening interviewing hiring onboarding and retention.
• Develop and continuously improve the Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE government requirements and organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of Emirati talent for current and future roles across the business.
• Ensure compliance with all Emiratisation-related laws regulations and reporting requirements.

Training & Development

• Design coordinate and monitor training and development programs tailored for UAE nationals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create career development plans succession pathways and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support UAE nationals throughout their career journey from onboarding to long-term development.

HR Business Partnering

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted HR Business Partner for UAE nationals.
• Provide guidance on performance management engagement wellbeing and career progression.
• Address employee relations matters involving UAE nationals with professionalism.

Engagement & Site Presence

• Regularly visit project sites and offices across the UAE to meet with UAE nationals.
• Build strong relationships with employees and line managers to ensure engagement satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance the Emirati employee experience.

Employer Branding & Market Representation

• Organize and manage local career fairs university engagements and networking events from A to Z.
• Attend and represent the company at all relevant career fairs and national employment initiatives.
• Act as a company ambassador in the UAE market promoting the organization as an employer of choice for UAE nationals.

Qualifications :

Youre a Great Fit If You Have

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Emiratisation HR or talent acquisition within the UAE.
• Experience working with government entities universities and local employment initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Emiratisation policies UAE labor law and local employment practices.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives across locations.
• Passion for developing national talent and contributing to the UAEs workforce vision.
• Willingness to work from the office on full time basis including Fridays.
