In line with UAE Labour Law and in support of Emiratisation initiatives, qualified Emirati nationals are encouraged to apply for the Facility Maintenance Engineer position supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNW) client based in Dubai. This role requires a highly skilled and professional individual responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of residential facilities, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs and safety risks
• Manage and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Oversee landscaping and outdoor areas maintenance
• Work collaboratively with household staff and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Develop maintenance schedules and manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment
• Act as a point of contact for maintenance-related issues and solutions

• Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Engineer, preferably within high-end residential or UHNWF environments
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other critical maintenance areas
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance
• Previous experience working with UHNWF families is an advantage

Salary: AED8,000 plus other benefits as per UAE labor law.
