Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Junior Solution Architect to join our Dubai-based team. You will participate in a 12-month onboarding program designed to build deep technical knowledge and customer engagement capabilities, working closely with more experienced architects on real-world solutions.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Red Hat portfolios across cloud, automation, and AI, with opportunities to shadow experts and contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Passion for open source technology and a desire to build a career in tech.
• Strong technical skills in IT/AI gained through university programs or certificates.
• Motivation to learn new technologies and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the FASTER onboarding program to gain deep technical knowledge and customer engagement skills.
• Engage in meaningful customer interactions, demonstrations, and pilot projects.
• Shadow and assist senior Solution Architects in delivering value to customers.
• Develop skills across Red Hat portfolio including cloud, automation, and AI solutions.
• Travel to customer sites when required and work from a Dubai office or remotely.
