Job summary

MAKE UP FOR EVER is seeking a Senior Finance Controlling Director to lead strategic business partnership, financial control, and executive reporting across MEA and Europe. Based in Dubai, you will build budgets, model scenarios and partner with HQ to drive growth.

You will lead the Finance Controlling team across Paris, Dubai and Saudi Arabia, ensuring accuracy, integrity and strong business partnering. A Master’s in finance with 10+ years’ experience in cosmetics or luxury is preferred, plus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance & controlling.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance.
• Experience in the Middle East and/or the cosmetics/luxury industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficient user of MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the EMEA General Manager to support strategic and commercial decisions through financial analysis, projections and recommendations.
• Lead planning, forecasting and budgeting across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash.
• Oversee financial controlling, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across the region.
• Strengthen controlling practices and harmonize processes between MEA and Europe.
