Job summary

Faria Education Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Manager to own client school implementations end-to-end, from scope sign-off through final handover. Translate complex client needs into clear technical requirements for internal teams, manage detailed timelines, and maintain regular in-person and virtual communications to ensure smooth rollouts. With 2+ years in PM with external SaaS/EdTech clients, you’ll excel in stakeholder management and coordinating cross-functional teams in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience with external clients (SaaS/EdTech preferred).
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects from scope to handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities with school leadership.
• Ability to translate educational needs into technical requirements for internal teams.
• Excellent communication across in-person and virtual channels; culturally aware in UAE region.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client school implementations from kickoff to closure.
• Advise school leaders and translate goals into actionable project plans.
• Bridge communication between school leaders and technical teams.
• Plan, schedule, and govern projects using standard templates and WBS.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for configuration, data migration, and training.
• Manage resources and timelines, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Deliver thorough handovers with documentation to post-implementation teams.
