TALENTMATE is seeking an entry-level maintenance technician in Dubai to install, configure, and commission automatic gate barriers and related security systems. The role covers routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and integration with access control systems, CCTV cameras, and networked devices.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or ITI in electrical/electronics/mechanical fields and at least 1 year of gate barriers or access control experience, with good wiring, panels, motors, and sensor

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in gate barriers or access control systems.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, motors, and sensors.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Basic Networking knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and commission automatic gate barriers (boom barriers, sliding gates, swing gates, bollards).
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of gate barrier systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Test safety devices such as loop detectors, photocells, safety edges, and emergency stop systems.
• Integrate gate barriers with access control systems (RFID, ANPR, card readers, keypads, and intercoms).
• Installation, repairing, and maintaining CCTV cameras
• Kept maintenance and repair records for security equipment.
• Identified areas that required CCTV monitoring
• Structural cabling, Copper patching, IDF and MDF preparation
• Executed cable runs for CAT 5, CAT 5e, CAT6, and Fiber optic cables with precision
• Experience with CCTV brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, etc)
• Familiarity with access control system
