Responsibilities

• Plan and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
• Assist clients with exercise techniques and form to maximize results and reduce risk of injury.
• Monitor progress for each client and adjust programs when needed.
• Provide nutritional advice to ensure optimal health and wellness.
• Maintain client records to track progress.
• Foster a motivating environment that encourages clients to reach their goals.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest trends in fitness and nutrition.
