Job summary

A reputed healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Periodontist (Western Qualified) to join its multidisciplinary dental team and deliver comprehensive periodontal care in accordance with international standards and UAE regulations.

The role involves collaboration with prosthodontists, orthodontists, oral surgeons and other specialists to provide advanced periodontal surgical procedures, dental implant therapy and regenerative treatments while ensuring

Qualifications

Specialist Periodontist with Western qualifications.
Experience in periodontal care including implants and regenerative treatments.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary dental team.
Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive periodontal examinations and assess peri-implant tissues.
Diagnose and manage periodontal diseases of varying complexity.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and radiographs.
Perform non-surgical periodontal procedures including scaling and root planing.
Undertake advanced periodontal surgical procedures and dental implant therapy.
Provide periodontal management for restorative and prosthodontic treatments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate confidential records per hospital policies and UAE regulations.
Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, quality improvement initiatives and CPD.
Stay updated with evidence-based periodontal and implant care.
