Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East seeks a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon for our UAE client. The role covers outpatient, trauma and elective surgical services in a modern, international healthcare setting with diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold recognised specialist qualifications such as those listed.
• Applications welcome from internationally trained consultants across USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Middle East, Africa and South America, subject to UAE licensing and facility credentialing.
• Licensing and credentialing for UAE will be provided.
• Structured DHA / DOH / MOH license conversion assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative disease, fractures and orthopedic conditions
• Perform orthopedic procedures according to subspecialty scope such as arthroscopy, arthroplasty, trauma fixation or hand/foot procedures
• Evaluate surgical candidates, obtain informed consent and guide perioperative care
• Collaborate with radiology, anaesthesia, physiotherapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation teams
• Provide outpatient follow-up, functional recovery plans and complication management
• Participate in surgical audit, theatre safety, infection prevention and clinical governance

American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery

UK CCT / FRCS Trauma & Orthopaedics

European Board / national specialist certification

Royal College Certification (Canada)

Australian FRACS

Arab Board

MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
