Job summary

Woopel in El-Ain invites experienced Light Drivers to join our team. You will operate and maintain vehicles for transport of personnel, materials, and goods in a safe, timely manner. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, knowledge of local roads, and at least 2 years of experience driving light vehicles.

Good English or Arabic communication is preferred. Salary is 1000 AED per month. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team and comply with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving light vehicles.
• Good physical condition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English or Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles safely with consideration for safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other drivers at all times.
• Ensure vehicle is serviced regularly, as per manufacturer's specifications.
• Perform daily safety checks on the vehicle before driving it.
• Ensure that routes taken are efficient and cost effective.
• Load/unload goods or materials to/from the vehicle.
• Track mileage & fuel use throughout shifts.
