Job summary

Qualifications

• Internationally trained clinicians with recognised qualifications.
• Licensing in UAE where applicable and facility credentialing.
• Strong clinical exposure in high-acuity emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and stabilisation of emergency, trauma, cardiac, medical, surgical and pediatric presentations.
• Run resuscitation, airway management, procedural sedation and critical decision-making in the emergency department.
• Triage complex cases, supervise emergency teams and coordinate timely specialist referrals.
• Ensure safe patient flow, observation unit decisions, transfers & discharge planning.
• Participate in disaster preparedness, trauma protocols, simulation training and clinical governance.
• Maintain accurate emergency documentation, medico-legal compliance and patient safety standards.
