ADNOC Schools is seeking high-performing Elementary Classroom Teachers for a January 2027 start at ADNOC School, Ruwais Campus in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Massachusetts Curriculum is delivering rigorous learning, with graduates receiving the US High School Diploma. You will contribute to a dynamic enrichment program and uphold the school’s values and expectations as part of the Aldar family.

• Bachelor's in Education or a bachelor’s degree in a related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification with a minimum of 2-year teaching experience in the related field.
• A commitment to an extensive enrichment program
• Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities

• Experience with students for whom English is an additional language
• A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life
• A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services or Police check

• Assessing how well learning objectives have been achieved and using them to improve teaching
• Marking students’ work at least once every two weeks and setting targets for progress
• Using performance data to inform planning and ensure Learning and Teaching add value
• Assessing and recording students' progress and keeping records to monitor development
• Assessing students as required by examination bodies and school procedures
• Preparing and presenting informative reports to parents
• Participating in curriculum development and CPD
• Attending professional development workshops
• Undertaking additional duties as required by the Principal or Vice Principal
