Monitor daily electroplating operations to ensure quality standards and customer specifications.
Troubleshoot plating defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct regular analysis of plating baths and ensure timely replenishment.
Optimize processes to improve productivity and minimize chemical consumption.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve process issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
