Job summary

Caviar Careers is seeking an Electrician for a prestigious UHNW private estate in Amman, Jordan. The role covers installation, maintenance and repair of all electrical systems to luxury standards. Requires a trade electrical qualification and 4+ years’ experience in luxury residences or hotels.

Fluency in English is essential; Hindi is highly regarded. Relocation is provided by the client, with a 6-day work week and annual bonus on a 24-month renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, outlets, lighting, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot faults and replace sockets, switches, circuit breakers, and test appliances.
• Lead electrical installation and smart wiring projects as directed by Technical Supervisor.
• Maintain safe work areas and keep them clean and orderly.
• Document defects and follow up to completion with accurate maintenance records.
• Communicate updates with fellow technicians and team.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies across the estate.
• Adapt to changing schedules and urgent breakdowns.
• Maintain high standards of work quality and professional conduct.

The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and fixtures throughout a prestigious UHNW private estate. Working as part of a multicultural team of professional technicians, the role ensures the smooth and safe operation of all electrical infrastructure to 5-star luxury standards.

Qualifications / Licenses / Skills

• Trade qualification or diploma in Electrical

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, outlets, lighting, and appliances
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and resolve faults, including replacing sockets, switches, circuit breakers, and testing appliances
• Undertake electrical installation and smart wiring projects as directed by the Technical Supervisor
• Work safely and minimise disruption to surrounding areas, ensuring the work area is left clean and tidy
• Report all defects and follow up to completion, maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Communicate effectively with fellow technicians and share operational updates
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies across the estate
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules, last-minute priorities, or urgent breakdowns
• Maintain high standards of work quality, attention to detail, and professional conduct
