Job summary

XYZ Company is advertising an Electrician vacancy in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of electrician experience, read blueprints accurately, and be proficient with hand and power tools while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electricity including AC/DC systems.
• Ability to read plans/blueprints accurately.
• Ability to use hand/power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring systems in residential, commercial or industrial buildings following plans or blueprints.
• Evaluate existing electrical systems to check compatibility with new equipment.
• Identify problems with electrical components/systems using testing devices such as voltage meters.
• Carry out maintenance work on existing electrical systems such as replacing fuses or circuit breakers.
• Repair any defective wiring system components or replace them if necessary.
• Follow safety protocols when working on potentially hazardous equipment/systems.
• Ensure that all installations meet national safety standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to the functioning of electrical devices/systems.
