Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical required
• Minimum of 8 years of Electrician experience
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License
• Proficiency in installing, maintaining and repairing various electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Expert knowledge of UAE National Electrical Code and local regulations
• Troubleshooting with appropriate testing devices
• Familiarity with heating/AC systems related to electrical work
• Strong safety knowledge and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to changing project requirements
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain electrical systems including wiring, lighting, distribution panels and fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes and regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment and inventory used for electrical tasks.
• Drive safely to sites and transport materials and personnel.
• Record maintenance and repair activities as required.
• Load and unload electrical equipment and materials.
