Job summary

Flyper in Sharjah is seeking a qualified Electrician to install, service and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 3 years of installation experience.

A valid UAE driving license is required. The salary offered is 1600 AED per month with health insurance and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience as an electrician with at least 3 years in installation works in commercial or residential buildings.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or need for adjustment or repair.
• Installing power supply wiring and conduit such as EMT and Rigid conduit.
• Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
• Connecting wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components.
• Diagnosing malfunctioning systems using test equipment.
• Replacing faulty electrical components such as switches or fuses.
• Adhering to all quality and safety codes.
• Maintaining records of maintenance activities on each site.
• Ensuring that all works comply with local building regulations.
