Job Description

Electrical technician will execute critical maintenance activities during refueling outages at a nuclear power plant, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, and modifications of electrical systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on various electrical components, including motor, switch gear/circuit breakers, transformer, UPS, temp power, protection relays, IPB (Bus Duct), battery, excitation/rectifier, inverter.
  • Execute maintenance activities and periodic tests in compliance with nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out critical component replacements and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal system performance and safety.
