Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities within the automotive plant, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Supervise a team of electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to optimize their efficiency and skill development.
  • Analyze electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage the inventory of electrical components, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment, identifying potential hazards and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production and maintenance, to schedule electrical work and minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.
