Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Sharjah is seeking a capable Electrical MEP site supervisor to oversee day-to-day on-site installation containment cabling and rough-in works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (MOFA attested) and 4+ years of UAE construction site supervision experience handling electrical packages in residential, high-rise, or villas, with strong leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with MOFA attestation.
• 4+ years of MEP site experience on UAE construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Field Supervision: Supervise daily execution of electrical slab conduits wall chasing trunking cable ladders and wiring
• Consultant WIR Walks: Conduct preliminary snagging of works and escort consultant inspectors during formal WIR walkthroughs
• Cable Pulling Termination: Supervise cable pulling for feeders sub-feeders and branch circuits ensure proper glanding crimping and phase labeling
• Material Progress Tracking: Raise daily store requisitions and record daily work output and labor headcounts
