Job summary

Lacasa Architects & Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee electrical works on live projects. The role involves on-site visits, attending meetings and inspections, and coordinating with contractors and clients to ensure design intent and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a 4+ year background in consultancy/construction electrical engineering, with CAD proficiency and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced, driven Electrical Site Engineer, with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable on-site visits, and attending site meetings and inspections.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations and negotiate project details with their team, Contractors, and Clients.

To be considered for the Electrical Site Engineering positions, candidates will possess the following:

• A minimum total of 4 (four) years experience working in a Consultant/Construction firm within the electrical engineering field, including experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects
• Bachelor's Degree Holder (Electrical Engineering)
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
