Job summary

Flip Retail in Dubai is seeking an Electrical & Mechanical Foreman to oversee daily electrical and mechanical activities, coordinate with the Building Supervisor, and ensure timely task execution.

You will prepare work schedules for foremen and technicians, delegate tasks, and monitor crew performance, while highlighting variations to senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with mechanical or electrical design background.
• Experience supervising foremen and technicians in electrical/ mechanical projects.
• Ability to prepare and manage daily work schedules.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of LV electrical, lighting control, fire alarm, PA/BGM, BMS, data cabling.

• Collect and implement tasks from Building Supervisor within time frames.
