Job summary

A leading maintenance contractor in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled electrical technician to perform maintenance and testing on electrical systems. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in power or industrial settings, and be proficient in using various electrical testing instruments. This role emphasizes safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in power or industrial environments.
• Experience in nuclear or high-risk environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance activities focusing on safety, quality, and reliability.
• Conduct planned and corrective maintenance, inspections, and testing on electrical systems.
• Maintain and test equipment like transformers, motors, and generators.
• Perform electrical tests including Tan Delta and Insulation Resistance tests.
• Use test instruments effectively for various systems.
