Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to plan, supervise and ensure effective maintenance activities for the production facilities and distribution network, guaranteeing safety, integrity and reliability of assets while minimizing downtime.

The role focuses on planning predictive/RCM programs, conducting safety audits, coordinating maintenance plans, evaluating bids, and supporting new projects to optimize costs and maintain adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• 6 years of experience in maintenance activities for electrical equipment in large industrial settings, preferably Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out Predictive/RCM maintenance programs for condition monitoring of electrical equipment.
• Conduct internal safety audits of installations and develop action plans for area maintenance engineers.
• Participate in the preparation of predictive, preventive, modification and major shutdown maintenance programmes for electrical equipment in the plant.
• Review bids and inspect materials on receipt to ensure specifications and required quality.
• Provide technical support for development, implementation and commissioning of new projects in electrical design and specifications.
