Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai seeks an Electrical Estimation Engineer to lead cost estimation, read blueprints, and coordinate with clients and vendors for electrical projects.

Must have strong NEC knowledge, EPLAN/AutoCAD experience, BOM prep, and the ability to review estimates for accuracy. 5 years of relevant experience preferred; English and Hindi skills welcomed. This is a full-time role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Excellent experience in electric estimating and task monitoring.

• Proficient with electrical estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical material takeoffs and cost estimates from drawings.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants for approvals and constraints.
• Liaise with vendors for pricing and delivery schedules.
• Ensure estimates align with project scope, priorities, and deadlines.
• Review and finalize estimate packages for completeness and accuracy.

Electrical Engineer vacancy in Dubai UAE

Electrical Estimation Engineer

• Excellent experience in electric estimating as well as task monitoring
• Advanced understanding of designated discipline, estimating strategies and also price control
• Strong understanding of electrical blue print reading
• Mutual understanding of electric systems, NEC, and also electrical building
• Effectiveness in using electrical estimating software as well as Microsoft Workplace
• Ability to review final estimate packages for precision and also completeness
• Capacity to negotiate interior problems, top priorities, and also due dates
• Capacity to do liftoffs and price quotes from electric drawings
• Excellent Experience as well as can work stand alone
• Eplan and also autocad experience is required
• 1-knowledge of Electrical Circuits and also Control Board Layout
• 2-BOM preparation, size & rating estimation
• 3-PLC and HIM basic expertise
• 4-Preparation of circuitry Representation in Autocad
• 5-To prepare an electrical material checklist for proper site implementation functions
• 6-Co-ordination with client/consultant for authorizations
• 7-Co-ordination with vendors
• 8-Inter-Departmental co-ordination with Other technical division, Preparation & Acquisition team
• 9-Material Examination for technological clearance

Job Kind: Full-time

Income: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 each month

Capacity to commute/relocate: Dubai: Dependably commute or preparing to move before starting job (Needed).

Experience: Evaluation: 5 years (Preferred).
