Job summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of designing, developing and testing electrical components, systems, products and equipment, as well as overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing electrical systems, components, products or equipment.
• Preparing technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems using computer-assisted design (CAD) software.
• Overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Developing test procedures for components or systems to ensure that they meet safety standards.
• Conducting research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of electrical components or systems.
• Investigating complaints from customers or users about the performance of electrical products or systems.
• Analysing data from tests to determine if designs meet requirements for safety or quality control.
• Writing reports on research results to share findings with other engineers or customers.
• Developing maintenance plans for existing products or systems to ensure their longevity and reliability.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• At least 3 years’ experience working as an Electrical Engineer in a related industry/field.
• Knowledge of CAD tools and software packages such as AutoCAD Electrical Design Suite is beneficial but not essential.
• Understanding of mathematics principles such as calculus, trigonometry etc., as well as physical laws related to electricity (Ohm’s law etc.).
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong problem solving abilities are required for this role.
