Job summary

Work standard is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Sharjah to design and test electrical systems, components, and products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

The role requires designing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, and will involve projects from concept to implementation, ensuring safety and compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of electrical components and circuits
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/ProE/SolidWorks
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems accurately
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, modifying, deploying, testing and maintaining electrical systems, components, products and applications
• Working on projects from conception through implementation
• Developing test plans that ensure product reliability
• Analyzing data collected from tests and fault finding activities
• Documenting processes related to electrical engineering activities and ensuring safety compliance
