Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience designing electrical systems for residential or commercial buildings preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.
• Strong problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for new and existing projects.
• Develop electrical wiring diagrams and specifications for installation and repair of electrical systems.
• Perform testing of electrical components and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect installations to ensure they meet safety standards and local regulations.
• Troubleshoot problems with existing electrical systems to identify root causes.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide technical support on projects as required.
