Job summary

Work standard in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems within our civil engineering projects. You will supervise from design through installation, ensuring compliance with codes and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in civil engineering, strong problem solving, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in civil engineering.
• Comprehensive understanding of applicable codes (IEC/NESC) and standards (ANSI).
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Highly detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire electrical process from design stage through to installation and completion.
• Overseeing all aspects of electrical work on projects including wiring, system design, equipment selection, installation, maintenance, etc.
• Ensuring that all applicable codes are followed during construction.
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations while onsite.
• Developing plans for future electrical projects within our organization.
