GINCO Cont. Co.

LLC seeks an Electrical BIM Modeling engineer to create detailed 3D models for electrical systems in Revit MEP up to LOD 300/400, and to support clash coordination and shop drawing extraction on UAE projects. Responsibilities include running Navisworks clash detection to coordinate electrical containment with mechanical and structural systems, and modeling substations with transformers and switchgear, ensuring DEWA/SEWA clearance where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required with Revit certification.
• 4+ years electrical BIM experience, UAE-based preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models for electrical systems in Revit MEP (LOD 300-400).
• Run Navisworks clash detection to coordinate electrical containment with MEP and structural beams.
• Extract 2D shop drawings and substation layouts from the coordinated 3D model.
• Model transformers, MV/LV switchgear, and generator rooms for substations.

Model transformers MV LV switchgear and generator rooms verifying mandatory DEWA SEWA clearance zones nbsp

Educational & Professional Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Autodesk Revit certified; 4+ years electrical BIM experience.

Required Industry & Project Background: 4-8 years in UAE MEP contracting modeling electrical and low current systems on residential, high-rise, or commercial projects.
