Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company is seeking a Warehouse Worker II / Forklift Driver for our Ras Al Khaimah, UAE facility. You will receive, store and move materials, load/unload shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing customer orders, maintaining records, performing forklift checks, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized while supporting operations teams to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP, PRISM, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and safety standards.
• Authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates and ability to meet physical job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and transfer materials using FIFO inventory practices.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and bulk shipments safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, pack, and stage customer orders according to shipment requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily stock checks.
• Complete warehouse documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and storage standards throughout the warehouse.
• Support supervisors by promoting compliance with work instructions and identifying potential operational issues.
