Position Title: Senior Event Manager

Employment Details

  • Salary: Up to 10K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description
  1. Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and strategic roadmap for the Events Department, including planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring. Lead KPIs and represent the department in executive meetings.
  2. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, manage recruitment, and provide coaching, performance evaluations, and career development plans. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  3. Event Oversight: Oversee event planning, approve execution plans, allocate resources, and ensure quality standards are met during live events. Troubleshoot issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
  4. Client and Quality Management: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure high satisfaction. Lead quality control efforts and implement post-event improvements.
