Job description

The Banking Onboarding Specialist is expected to manage IFZA Banking (IFZA’s banking solutions), the relationship with IFZA’s Banking Partners, and IFZA clients, as well as the account opening process for our clients. The ideal candidate must understand the requirements of banks regarding the opening of corporate bank accounts for IFZA clients and enhance IFZA's knowledge and competence in banking-related issues. Additionally, the candidate shall manage IFZA Life (IFZA’s insurance solutions).

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the onboarding process for banking products for IFZA clients and employees.
  2. Understand the different requirements of various banks regarding corporate bank account openings for IFZA clients.
  3. Provide prompt and efficient assistance to IFZA clients with bank account opening.
  4. Maintain relationships with IFZA clients to understand their banking and insurance needs.
  5. Manage client expectations, overcome obstacles, and resolve issues related to bank account opening and insurance onboarding.
  6. Assist clients in resolving banking-related issues.
  7. Conduct formal face-to-face meetings.
  8. Follow up with clients and entities in a timely manner, adhering to organizational standards.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Full proficiency in English is required.
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products, bank compliance, AML regulations, operational policies, and procedures in the UAE is advantageous.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, e.g., MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Strong customer service skills to maintain IFZA’s reputation and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently.
